Haven Hotel and Spa

A perfect experience at the Haven Hotel and Spa. The location was astounding and the personnel who were extremely polite.

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Beds ended up big enough and the room was constantly clean up. The employees were being very helpful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not a super social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

Excellent place, everything is within walking distance. Team are tremendous welcoming and well prepared and speak good English. You will discover activities each evening and it´s a fantastic way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was my bed for being a little squeaky but that’s incredibly small. Wonderful value for the money!

The staff have been incredibly helpful and pleasant and every day made us feel welcome. Rooms are large and the closet. The bathroom have been clean and the shower was good. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Assuming that you are visiting Poole you have to reserve a room here. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are pretty clean. The overall atmosphere was alright.
